The Challenge

Capital Valley Marketing, a Sacramento-based B2B marketing consultancy, faced significant operational inefficiencies with their Squarespace website. Manual data entry consumed 260+ hours annually, poor SEO performance resulted in $8,000-$12,000 in lost clients, and the platform couldn't integrate essential tools like CRM or AI chatbots.

The Solution

Our team designed and prototyped an integrated WordPress ecosystem featuring Elementor Pro for easy content management, Vendasta CRM for automated lead capture, AI chatbot for 24/7 customer engagement, and advanced SEO tools to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
